If a contact is assigned to two separate lists, does it mean that it will receive the campaign twice?

A contact can belong to as many lists as you wish. At the time of sending campaign the system automatically checks the "email" field ensuring that this contact will receive your campaign only once, regardless of the number of lists it belongs to.
