Why should you send a good welcome email marketing campaign?

The welcome emails are key piece to give the starting point in any strategy that has as a priority to foster the relationship of your brand with your contacts, creating engagement, loyalty and customer satisfaction. By the time a person registers in your company’s site or blog to receive the newsletter, she becomes part of your contact database. As required by etiquette and good practice, why not send a welcome email?
This message is more than a marketing strategy, it’s the presentation letter of your company, which can be crucial to make a good impression and maybe even win a future ambassador for your brand.
A small study by Retention Science found most companies bet on personalization techniques that can be easily applied to emails. According to collected data, about a third (31.5%) of US companies add the client's name in their emails or send an exclusive welcome message. The percentage is still low, as it was proven that a good welcome email increase in 50% the interactions for the next emails.
Now, see how simple is to implement a welcome email if you have a contacts list integrated to emailmanager:
1. Create an autorresponder campaign;
2. Set the campaign to be sent on the next day after the register of your new contact;
